A Little About Me

 
 

THE VIRTUAL studio

A monthly group training program with 4 workouts a week, two check ins, and one 1:1 training. Offered virtually on Zoom, these group classes are circuit style workouts that include HIIT, core, balance, stretching, body weight and weight training exercises.

Swim Lessons

Learn how to swim or improve your technique with private or semi-private swim lessons. For ages 6 months and up!

Personal Training

No two people have all the same needs, so these one-on-one classes have been tailored to assist you in achieving your optimal personal workout.

Outside workout class

HIIT style workouts done outside in a group at Riverside Park from September 17th - October 22nd.

Small Group training

Get the crew together for training designed for your team.

A little about me…

Kristiana is a well-rounded athlete who values the benefits of living an active lifestyle. She is a personal trainer certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) alongside her Water Safety Instruction Certification (WSI) and recently acquired her Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification (CES) in order to share her love of fitness with the world. Not to confuse sharing her love of tacos with the world, I mean…they are kinda one and the same, right??!! Kristiana also loves her dog, Mole, just look at him!! She is having a hard time figuring out what she loves more, but I think we all know who takes the crown!

Moving along! Kristiana has more than 12 years of experience as a swim instructor and 4 years of experience as a personal trainer.  With both titles, she has worked in various mediums including personal homes, luxury buildings, and community fitness centers. 

Kristiana teaches all ages and all levels. She fosters and values a safe, caring, patient, inclusive environment for learning. She is passionate about cultivating smart, well-rounded exercisers and imparting her wisdom to empower and encourage clients on their fitness/swim journey. Having dealt with several injuries and ailments throughout her life, Kristiana’s resilience, understanding, knowledge and persistence to grow have allowed her to become a unique trainer suitable for almost everyone. She aims and succeeds in delivering professionally crafted workouts customized for anybody’s needs and goals while her bubbly personality keeps the experience educational, inspiring, and fun!
