Personal Training
Welcome to training that’s all about you!
One on one training that is designed for your goals, your health, and your body's needs.
You are unique!
There is no one like you in this world, and your training should be as unique and special as you are!
Getting Personal…
Personal training is…well…personal. Communication is key! The more knowledge I have of you, the better our training sessions are. With that said, make sure to fill out this form before our first training session.
My job is to create a routine that is best suited for you. I will always have your best interest in mind and I want you to get the most out of this experience! Please feel free to come to me with any questions or concerns should they arise before, during, or after a training session.

At my gym. The Marlene Meyerson JCC at 334 Amsterdam Ave at 76th Street
* If you do not have a gym and would like to be a part of a gym and train with me, I work at The Marlene Meyerson JCC. Please set up an appointment and visit their website here to set up an appointment. We offer FREE fitness consultations to every new gym membership. That’s an extra free training session for you!
Scheduling:
Sessions are 1 hour long. In person at your gym, outside, or online via zoom.
The first session is where we will meet, go over goals, assess your fitness level and go over any questions or concerns. After that, we get to work!
I highly recommend setting up a specific day and time because, not only is it the best habit forming practice, it is easier on you and me scheduling wise. Once booked, your spot will not be taken away from you!
