Written workouts done on your own in your own time.

It’s a BYOW (Bring Your Own Weight) and D.I.Y (Do It Yourself) Party!!

 
 

What is it…

Written workout’s tailored to you and your needs with your equipment and space in mind.

How it works…

  1. Contact me and set up a time for your session.

  2. Then, fill out this form.

  3. Next, we will have an initial training session to assess your fitness level and discuss your goals.

  4. You choose a plan that works for you.

  5. I will create a program and workout for you to follow based on everything we discovered in our initial session. Then, I will hand deliver the workout myself in gold writing and floral scented perfume to your door. jk. I’m emailing it!

  6. I will check in on you weekly. Although you are doing this in your own time and on your own, you are not alone.

PLANS:

Initial Assessment is $45 for 30 minutes

Program A: 1 workout a week for $20

Program B: 3 workouts a week for $45


 
 

Who it’s For…

  • Exercisers who are confident in working out on their own

  • People who thrive under accountability

  • People who don’t know what to do at the gym or do not have access to a gym and want workout’s that are challenging and good for their body.

  • People who want personal training…but maybe not that personal.

  • Exercisers who want more variety to their workouts

Who It’s Not for…

  • People who are beginner exercisers.

  • Women who are pregnant or in postpartum.

  • Anyone who has not been cleared by a doctor for exercise and has recently had surgery or an injury.

  • Exerciser’s who are not confident in their ability on their own or are worried about injuring themselves.

  • Exerciser’s who need hands on training.
