welcome to the virtual fitness studio!

A monthly group training program with 4 workouts a week, two group check ins, and one 1:1 training. Offered virtually on Zoom, these group classes are circuit style workouts that include HIIT, core, balance, stretching, body weight and weight training exercises.

WhY the virtual studio…

The Virtual Studio bridges the gap between classes and personal training. It brings out the best elements of these two worlds.

Virtual classes offer a specific workout program where all you need to do is show up. Plus, you have all the benefits of community within the comfort of your space. You will be able to cheer each other on and see your fellow classmates sweat with you…that is if you decide to put on your camera. You can also set up alternative times with other participants if a day/times do not work, so that you can stay accountable. Having a community to lean on and not be alone in your fitness journey is so important for your health and success.

That’s why there are two check-in’s within the month. Where we get to have a safe space to let out our frustrations and become motivated again. We get to celebrate your wins and losses. Write our goals and reconnect with ourselves and each other.

With one 1:1 personal training included in the month, you will receive direct feedback from me. I will be able to answer any questions or concerns that arise, keep you on track, and keep you progressively moving forward. No two bodies are the same, and knowing what your body needs and doesn’t need to move safely along your fitness journey is EVERYTHING! Your body is constantly evolving. Sometimes for the better…sometimes…not so better. Yesterday’s body is not the same as today’s body. Checking in and having an extra pair of eyes navigate your bodies needs is what makes personal training so valuable.

And that’s why I designed the virtual studio!


WHat It is…

*EXAMPLE SCHEDULE*

4 workouts a week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday at 12pm

2 check-in’s: Sunday at 7pm (every other week)

1 personal training session: scheduled at your convenience


Here’s the breakdown:

12:00-12:05 PM EST- Personal exercises/Warm-up 

12:05-12:40 PM EST- Group workout

12:40-12:45 AM EST- Stretch/Cooldown

Who’s it for…

  • People who like workout classes and community.

  • If you consider yourself above or at an advanced beginner level.

  • People who want a fitness routine and want to create accountability.

  • People who need a flexible program that still creates commitment, accountability, and engagement.

  • People who are looking to elevate and/or continue their fitness journey.

  • People who have gone to a workout class and walked away wondering, “was that good for me?”

  • People who love to show up and have the work already planned and done for them.

  • People who want a costly way to have access to a trainer.

  • People who travel or have busy lives and can’t get to the gym as much as they like.

  • Beginner work-outer’s who have ever wondered, “what do I do at the gym today?” or “am I doing this right?”

  • People who want to change and shake things up a bit!

  • People who love to create and nurture safe spaces and communities.

  • People who are cleared to workout by a doctor and have worked out before.

Who it’s Not For…

  • People who are NOT cleared by a doctor. Have had surgery, injury, or any health related issue that would need consent to exercise.

  • Beginner exercisers. Due to the nature of being on zoom and the pace of these classes, this may not suit you well…yet. This class is for Advanced beginner’s and up. Your safety and well being is of high importance. Please take a look at other options I have on the training page or contact me for any questions.

  • Seniors (please get consent from me, if you are)

EQUIPMENT:

  • Yoga mat

  • Foam roller

  • Resistance band with handles

  • Door anchor with attachment

  • Set of light/moderate and heavy dumbbells
